- 30+ years coaching experience - for the past 15+ years specialized in coaching physician leaders to develop their leadership skills.
- Designed and implemented an eight month leadership development program for 100+ physicians that enabled them to more effectively lead teams and thrive in the midst of change.
- Certified Social + Emotional Intelligence Coach and Certified in the Center for Creative Leadership 360 tools.
- Served as an Executive Coach for the Indiana University Kelley School of Business Medicine MBA program and Butler University evening MBA program.
- Former Board Member for the Indianapolis Chapter of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
- Founded her coaching business, Turning Point Consulting, in 2006.
Business Experience
- 26 years executive level business experience in multiple industries.
- In her five years as Senior Vice President, Human Resources & Corporate Communications for Roche Diagnostics North America, led in developing Roche's leaders. As a result, Roche was recognized nationally as a Great Place to Work.
- 20+ years with a major international company in a variety of global & domestic strategic Human Resources, Organization Development, and Mergers & Acquisitions roles.
- Led the integration of key processes in a $17B merger and in the successful start-up of a biotech joint venture.
- Began her coaching career in 1991 by coaching 150 senior leaders in transforming a business.
